When you have health problems or are just not feeling well (either physically or emotionally) it is hard to know where to start.


WHERE TO BEGIN with getting healthier physically & emotionally:

Here's a few notes from my cleansing workshop, which is designed to help anyone feel the positive effects of eating some living foods & taking some herbs & supplements to detox & cleanse the body systems.

"You want to clean toxic materials from your body to improve your health & improve any current ailments at the root cause.

Doing a cleanse, or eating a mainly raw food diet, or even eating a 100% whole food diet (which would include some cooked food), plus bowel cleansing will do a lot to address ANY health problems you may have, whether these are physical or emotional.

Bowel & liver cleansing are very important for good health & overcoming illnesses. Along with eating a whole food diet that may be all you need."

Anyone can ADD a few living foods to their existing diet & begin to feel the effects it will have on their physical & emotional well being.

Add a smoothie, and salad to your existing diet for a month & see how you feel. Look through my older posts for smoothie ideas. Get yourself a GOOD multi vitamin (ask at a health food store) and some spirulina or other greens product. This is great start towards feeling healthy.
